Collaboration,Umhlangano

News ,news news iphepha. Introduction Im Chuma and you are.......errrrr the reader, I guess. Im also introducing something else. A collaboration that we all have been waiting for unknowingly but are going to be blown away by. The collaboration of Faniswa Yisa and Mamela Nyamza. These Xhosa chicks are coming together to produce a show,a performance ,a dance piece , an art ,exhibition of its own kind.It is their first collaboration together having been in the arts for a lengthily number of years ,both these artists are the front runners in their fields . Faniswa Yisa being in theatre for more that two decades she is well know for the work at the Magnet theatre company and quite recently her debut as a director in Cantico a dance production by the amazing Jazzart dance company. She is now holding the bull by its horns making her own work ,which we are quite great-full for. Amandla!..comrade. Talking of comradeship everyone knows the fighting spirit of Mamela Nyamza an artist/dancer /activist .Her work speaks for its self , I stand corrected , Okuya pantsi kwempumlo , Abangxolayo only to name a few. And now ....The show we all have been waiting for .......errrrrrr TO BE CONTINUED.
